Teledyne Controls' Purchase Order General Terms & Conditions Revision October 05 2009, Purchase Order General Terms & Conditions – Government Subcontract Revision November 10, 2009 and Special Terms & Conditions for Teledyne Controls Service Providers Revision 1 (July 6, 2005) are currently in effect. Suppliers with interests in conducting business with Teledyne Controls are required to abide with our Purchase Order General Terms & Conditions and Special Terms & Conditions for Teledyne Controls Service Providers.
