Teledyne Controls Announces Promotions
LOS ANGELES - May 21, 2002 - Teledyne Controls, a Teledyne Technologies Incorporated company (NYSE: TDY) has announced the promotion of George Simmons and Armen Nahapetian as Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Service and Vice President of Engineering, respectively.
In making the announcement, Dr. Masood Hassan, Vice President and General Manager of Teledyne Controls stated, "George Simmons has successfully led Teledyne Controls Marketing, Sales and Service organization against strong competitors. He has developed a highly capable worldwide organization, which will be the key to not only selling and promoting Controls' products but our alliance partners as well. Besides managing Marketing, Sales and Services on a daily basis, he has also been associated actively in pursuing our strategic growth objectives especially in the Business and Commuter aircraft area."
