LOS ANGELES, CA - February 27, 2007 - Teledyne Controls, a business unit of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY), announced today that it has signed an agreement with CIT, one of the world's leading aircraft leasing companies, to become the standard supplier of Digital Flight Data Acquisition Units (DFDAUs) for their new Boeing aircraft deliveries. Teledyne Controls' DFDAU is a multi-function unit designed to perform flight data acquisition, aircraft condition monitoring and data recording. It will provide CIT's customers with an advanced solution for proactive maintenance and enhanced operation.
