LOS ANGELES, CA - September 7, 2006 - Teledyne Controls, a business unit of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY), announced today that they have received an order from Italian carrier Neos for the Aircraft Flight Analysis and Safety Explorer AirFASE®, a flight data monitoring software jointly developed by Teledyne Controls and Airbus. Specifically designed to assist aircraft operators with their flight operations, safety management, and aircraft maintenance programs, the AirFASE system will enable Neos to monitor their fleet of B737NG and B767 300ER aircraft.

Designed to translate aircraft data into meaningful information, the AirFASE solution enables operators to evaluate flight operations trends, identify risk precursors, and take early preventive/corrective actions. A sophisticated Flight Analysis Program (FAP), unique to each aircraft type, reconstructs the flight, compares actual data with recommended values, and highlights abnormal events and deviations.
